Flag and flowers

I used an alcohol ink background (blue) and some yellow cardstock to make a Ukrainian flag. I then used my Misti to stamp the MFT floral silhouette flowers with Ranger Archival ink. The sentiment means God bless you.

Sunflower for Ukraine

I saw this die set Lovely Layers:Sunflowers Honeycuts by Honey Bee Stamps and fell in love. We grow sunflowers each year in our flowerbeds and I just love how majestic they are. I used 2 shades of yellow card stock to cut the 3 layers and then used Copic markers to  add shading to the petals and leaves. I added some Glossy Accents for a little more texture and some Gold Wink of Stella to the middle of the flower to look like the seeds. The ombré printed paper is from Lil Inkers (closed). The sentiment means We stand with Ukraine.
I can’t even imagine what all of those civilians are going through. I’m participating in a card drive for front line workers and soldiers fighting in Ukraine. You can get more information about it on Yana Smakula’s Blog.
