The Reason

I love all of the poinsettias that Shery included in her STAMPlorations Quick Card Fronts. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment (also STAMPlorations) and added some sparkly Stickles to the center of that red poinsettia, which is hard to see because the picture isn’t very clear.

Noel

Yes, another card using the STAMPlorations Quick Card Fronts. For this one, I die cut the sentiment from some gold shimmer card stock, using STAMPlorations Christmas Sentiment Phrase dies. I didn’t even add any colored card stock behind the panel. There’s a thin red rim on the panel that was enough to frame the card.

Easy CAS

I’m back with another easy card using the STAMPlorations Quick Card Fronts. I just stamped and  heat embossed the sentiment, also from STAMPlorations.

Quick Cards

I love these pre made card panels from Stamplorations! I added the stamped sentiment (also STAMPlorations) and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Then, I added some Stickles to the candle flames and the fruit for a little sparkle. I usually make more cards from scratch, but this year, my company’s administration decided to roll out a new computer system at the beginning of December, because in the laboratory, which is full of mostly women, we don’t have enough stress during the holidays! So these card kits or just the pre decorated card panels are a big help to me since my time in my craft room has been limited.

Bells and Pinecones

Here’s another slimline card using the pre-decorated card fronts from STAMPlorations. I added the heat embossed sentiment (also from STAMPlorations), some Gold Wink of Stella on the bells, brown Wink of Stella on the pinecones and some Stickles on the bow and pinecones. If I had any clear Wink of Stella, I would have added it to other areas on the images, but I’m out & haven’t replaced it yet.

Merry Coffee!

I bought some pre-made holiday card fronts from STAMPlorations in both the slimline and the A2 size. They are nice! The images are pretty and you can add stenciling, which I did on this one, stamping, die cuts, etc. to make some fairly quick cards. I used STAMPlorations Dream Flower stencil by Sanna Lippert and Fired Brick Distress Oxide ink to fill in the open space. The sentiment was die cut using STAMPlorations Christmas Sentiments Phrase dies and some gold shimmer paper.

Winter Joy

I used MFT Stitched Banner dies for my tag base. The pine branch and joy were cut using Carta Bella Joyful Pine die set. The sentiment was cut from silver foil card stock. Ribbon is from May Arts and the twine is from Annie’s Paper Boutique.

Angel Wings

I’m still making Christmas tags. For this one, I used an Impression Obsession Angel die to cut the angel from some pearlescent card stock (which you can’t really see in the picture). I used embossing ink with some Ranger Holographic glitter embossing powder for the sentiment from Unity Stamps Joys of the Season.

I thought that the embossing powder would show up better on the black card stock than it does. Maybe next time I’ll try stamping with white ink first, so the sentiment shows up better.

The tag itself was die cut with STAMPlorations Manila Tag nesting dies.

A little Snow

Snow is so pretty...as long as I don’t have to drive in it!

This tag was inspired by Ellen Hutson’s 12 Tags of Christmas, Day 5, White Christmas.

I used STAMPlorations Manila Tag nesting dies to cut the tags.

The snowflake strip was cut with Poppystamps Dancing Snowflake Tile

The sentiment was cut with Memory Box Peace Jotted Script

Naughty or Nice?

I used Spellbinders Die D-lites Santa to make this quick tag, inspired by Ellen Hutson’s 12 Days of Tags, Day 3, Here Comes Santa Claus.

The tag itself was cut with STAMPlorations Manila Tags Nesting dies

The sentiment is from Paper Smooches Boxed Sentiments set.

Silver Bells

For this tag, I went with a shiny silver My Favorite Things card stock die cut layer over some navy card stock.

The die is from The Cat’s Pajamas (it may have been discontinued?).

I added a couple of Kat Scrappiness mini Jingle Bells.

Ho Ho Ho

Here’s a quick Christmas tag that I made.

I used STAMPlorations Delicate Links Stencil and some embossing paste tinted with some Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink to make the background a few months ago. I like to make extra backgrounds to have on hand for other projects.

I used STAMPlorations Manila Tag Nesting Dies to cut the tag layers.

The Ho Ho Ho die is from The Cat’s Pajamas. I used DCWV Glitter card stock.
