Masculine Birthday

The Christmas decorations are put away. I've been cleaning out drawers, closets and binging a few boxes of stuff. It's time to get more organized!
In the mean time, I need to make some birthday cards for late January and early February birthdays. Most of them are for the guys in my life. It's really hard for me to do masculine because I love ribbon, sequins and flowers!!! I figured I'd be safe to use a few die cuts and a little ink.
I used the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Dies for the outline, the Verve Stamps Starry Die, the Tattered Lace Everyday Sentiments 2014 die set and the Top Dog Dies Darling Deer set. I used some Black Soot Distress ink to make the background a little foggy.
I adhered all of the die cuts with Ranger Multi Medium Matte and used my Scotch ATG to attach the panel to a white card stock base.

Wishes

Happy New Year!
I can't believe how fast the year flew by!
I haven't been crafting much at all lately. I hope to more this year.
A friend of mine is turning 60 tomorrow, so I wanted to make a card for her.

I used the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Dies to make a thin frame on my kraft cardstock.
Then I used the Memory Box Loopy Rings die and cut out 3 different colors. I paper pieced some of the circles, left some plain and colored some in with a Clear Wink of Stella pen.
The sequins are from the Neat & Tangled Shop.
I stamped Unity Stamp Co. "happy wishes" stamp with Tsukneko Versa Magic chalk ink (Meadow something-sorry, I'm not home while I'm writing most of this) and traced over it with the Clear Wink of Stella.
That's a wrap!
